    • Students and Residents

    In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation must be uploaded during the online registration (i.e. approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID).


    Cancellation Policy


    Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the registration manager at : contact@ivda-congress.com
    The percentage of refund will be as follows for valid cancellations:
  • Up to 90 days prior to arrival, there will be a full refund with fewer bank charges
  • Up to 60 days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation charge of 100 €
  • Less than 60 days prior to arrival – no refund
    • Non-payment of an issued invoice does not constitute a valid cancellation.
